TrafficScream Terms of use
TrafficScream strictly
prohibits the use of unsolicited mailings of any kind. Any member
found to be using Spam tactics will have their account terminated (all referrals
and
existing credits will be forfeited).
TrafficScream reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and/or website that
we
feel is inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to paid to surf, extreme
adult
content, pornography, search sites, racial or hate issues, vulgar language,
illegal
content, and violence. NO ptr sites (PAID TO READ). One pop-up max, no pop-unders.
No frame breakers will be tolerated!!
Additionally, websites will NOT be accepted into our network of member sites if
they contain the following:
- NO ROTATORS ALLOWED
- No dialog boxes
- Prompts for downloads
- The ability to break out of TrafficScream frames
- Overall content based on a language other than English must be at least 70%
English
- ANYTHING else that interrupts normal surfing
TrafficScreamreserves
the right to terminate a member's account if no activity has occurred for
three (3) consecutive months. In other words, apart from your downline you
must present a personal activity by surfing at least 100 sites within 3
months.
3 emails bounces will cause your account is deleted and IP banned. A
working email is required for All acoounts.
** The above conditions apply toALLmembers,NOminimum
activity is required on the part ofPROmembers.
TrafficScream
members are strictly prohibited from artificially accumulating credits to
their
account through the use of (but not limited to) any device, program, or robot.
TrafficScream, as well as its administrators, partners, and sponsors, can not
be held
responsible or liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur as
a result
of using TrafficScream' services. Members agree to use TrafficScream's
services at their own
risk.
Members have the right to cancel their TrafficScream membership at any time.
All existing
referrals, cash, and credits and future earning potential through our
affiliate program
will be forfeited at the time of cancellation andcannotbe
reversed.
TrafficScream is in no way associated with PayPal.com, StormPay.com, or E-gold.com
and
merely uses them to process payments for such things as membership fees, paid
adver-
tising, and purchasing credits.
Furthermore, TrafficScream will not be held responsible or liable for any
problems, damages,
or losses that may occur with regard to a member's direct association with
PayPal or
StormPay and any other aspects of their PayPal or StormPay account.
